About the Program
Queens Community Closets brings free essentials directly to families across the borough. Through corporate and community donations, we stock pop-up closets at events hosted in churches and community centers throughout Queens.
Everything is offered on a no-questions-asked basis — no income verification, no paperwork, no barriers. If you and your family need it, it’s yours.

Partner With Us
Become a Distribution Partner
Churches, schools, and community organizations across Queens host closets so families can get essentials close to home. There is no cost to become a partner. Partners pick up items from our site, collect a sign-in sheet at each distribution, share a few photos afterward, and recognize Showing Hearts and Queens Community Closets as a community partner at the event. We provide banners and logo files.
The form takes about three minutes. We review every inquiry and respond within one week. Organizations that are a fit receive our full partnership guidelines and a Memorandum of Understanding.
